Why I built this
I built my career at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant in Strategy and Analytics. I learned how to think under pressure, deliver in ambiguity, and navigate rooms full of people who expected me to have the answer. I learned what consulting takes, but also what it quietly asks you to give up.
I landed what I thought was the dream job, at the dream company. And for a while, it really was. The work was sharp, the people were brilliant, and the trajectory looked exactly like the one I'd worked so hard to earn. But somewhere along the way, I started noticing other dreams tugging at me, quieter ones I'd shelved to chase the version of success consulting rewards.
The more I talked with colleagues I respected, the more I realized I wasn't alone. Almost everyone was carrying some version of the same thought, just not saying it out loud.
